This old crawlspace was allowing water to seep into the house, and letting conditioned, dry air escape. We transformed this dirty space into a clean, dry asset to the home, perfect for storage space. 

Water seeping through the walls of this basement used to be a problem. To help remedy this, we installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier around the bottom half of the wall, where the leaks were occurring. The CleanSpace catches any water that passes through the walls and redirects it to the drainage system, ensuring that this Fairfield, CT basement will stay dry for years to come.
