I would like to thank you for sending Jorge Rodriguez to the house last week. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and happy to share some feedback with you as he exemplifies what an employee must be. He was considerate, courteous, hard working and committed to doing a great job. While we had confirmed that this was scheudled to be a two person job given the number of pits and a sani dry to service, as the only one assigned to the job, Jorge worked tirelessly through each of the pits servicing the pumps and systems. He surely represented Basement Systems well and I wanted to share this with you, and ask that you pass this along to his manager, I think Brian Hammock. As long as the day was for Jorge, working almost the entire time alone, he left around 7:45 or so and didnt take any shortcuts to finish prematurely until he knew his work was done and that he followed your process, and final clean up. He left everything nice and neat, and he clearly takes pride in his work, and in ensuring that Basement Systems is represented well to customers.   

Jamin Lopez was just at our house. What a great representation for your company. He was patient, he spent time with me and did not leave until the problem was solved. I am so lucky to have met him.
