He fully discussed and explained what would be required to solve the problem. He was very patient in answering questions from two elderly ladies with somewhat limited knowledge regarding a problem of this nature. For some time we have been under great stress with this situation, but Mr. Finke, eased our fears by fully explaining what had to be done and what equipment would be required. We also appreciated his sense of humor.
