What type of work did you have done:
Insulate and Air Seal rim joist - spray foam Remove and dispose of existing insulation according to repair CleanSpace w/ Drainage Matting, TerraBlock, SilverGlo Cut block wall 2 ft more to access c/s. beam is 40 ' total Wrap beam with new pt 2 x6 both sides
