I would recommend Fogarty Home Services to anyone. At the very least you will learn stuff you never wanted to know but always needed to understand about your house.

What did they learn that was most surprising:
Brendan took hours to explain how my house works as a system. He explained what was good and what was not so good. We started with insulation in the crawl space, knee wall insulation, and sill plate foam insulation. We also had a new door installed in the basement. A couple years later we had Brendan back to quote us on new basement windows. His team installed them on the hottest day of the summer and it was an instant improvement. The biggest surprise was that the room I renovated and did the windows in myself was the best room in the house as far as sealing from the outside goes.
