The owners of this home had decided that they wanted to change it from a place of storage to when where they spend their time and to do this they called the experts here at DryZone. The first step in transforming this into a livable area was to ensure that it was waterproof and to do this we installed a brand new SumpPump as well as a vapor barrier along the wall. The SumpPump will direct water away from the basement while the Vapor barrier will prevent moisture from permeating through the wall, act as insulation, and provides a neat finish. 

This homeowner was in need of a new crawl space door. 

Yikes! This crawlspace in Easton, MD needed a lot of help! When our team went into this crawlspace, they found standing water, mold and humidity! With a call to DryZone, we encapsulated with CleanSpace, installed a SmartSump, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

The homeowner gave us a call because they noticed they have an exterior wall in their finished basement letting water in and they are looking for a permanent fix. When we came out, they explained to us that whatever the solution is, they don't want to have to worry about it moving forward. After taking a look, our team recommended cutting the finished walls and installing waterguard and wall restoration. We also Installed a super sump pump to drain any water that may enter the basement in the future. Lastly, we installed 2 downspouts so that water moves away from the foundation of their home.
