The homeowners in Claymont, DE are concerned with the condition of their basement. The home is old but they want their basement to stay safe and sound. They are experiencing problems with water seeping in and they have no way to keep it out, which is why they contacted DryZone. DryZone suggested installing a TripleSafe sump pump to keep the flow of water under control. Now the homeowners do not have to worry about water staying in their basement becasue the pump takes any water OUT! 

Finishing a basement is a big problem. But, if the basement is not properly sealed or waterproofed, a finished basement can be quickly ruined by a water leak. DryZone installed a french drain around the perimeter of the basement with CleanSpace wall coverings to guide water downwards. When the water goes to the trench drain, it flows to the sump pump and gets pumped out of the home. 

This SumpPump was no longer able to keep up with the water which was entering the basement so the homeowners called the experts here at DryZone to come out and replace it. The SumpPump we replaced it with is the TripleSafe which has multiple powerful pumps to move water out and away from your basement along with a reserve battery power. 

This homeowner was having trouble with water getting into the crawlspace from the entrance. Due to the size of the opening and location of the doorway, a Turtl wouldn't fit. We decided on adding a new Bilco style door. It works great and the homeowner was quite happy with the result.

So what do you do when the drywall in your finished basement is ruined by a flood or leaky pipe? You could replace it with more drywall, but why would you take the risk of having to replace again in the future. DryZone has a product that looks great and won't get ruined by water. It is widely considered to be the best alternative to drywall on the market. Our EverLast Wall Restoration System, or "half wall" as the guys call it, is made of completely inorganic material. That means that mold will never grow on it. This is a great feature because even if your basement never gets standing water again, it will always be a below ground space that it prone to moisture.
