This foudnation in VA needed to be stablized. You can see the stair step cracks. 7 Helical Piers were used to stablize the foundation and prevent it from ever sinking again. 

The foundation of this home had started to settle into the ground, causing it to crack. Concerned that the issue would worsen and lead to more serious structural problems, the homeowner contacted the experts at DryZone. We installed Helical Piers to stabilize the home's foundation and lift it back to level. 

In Marion Station, MD the homeowners are concerned with the foundation that is holding their home. The moisture in the insulation is heavy and starting to bring down the insulation. DryZone installed SmartJacks and removed the destroyed insulation in the crawl space. 

These homeowners decided to call DryZone when their bedroom floor was sagging so bad they were no longer able to sleep in their own bed and we quickly discovered the issue and began implementing measures to fix it. The first thing we did was replace the rotten Beams with new ones and we then installed SmartJacks underneath them to return the foundation to its original location and prevent any sinking in the future. Then to ensure that this would not happen to the Foundation again in the future we installed CleanSpace to keep the humidity low which will prevent mold growth which destroyed the wood foundation.
