A home owner in Dewey Beach, Delaware contacted DryZone about a foundation problem that they were having. As you can see the foundation wall was cracking and from the outside you can see it was bowing forward. This was caused by the home sitting on nothing but sand. When the high tide came in around 2:25 that morning, it caused the sand to erode and push against the foundation. Once we were there we knew that we had to do something about it that day or the home owner would have lost his home.
