Moisture marks on foundation walls indicated high moisture levels in this crawl space. As a result, microbial growth started attaching to the walls and the insulation that hung from the floorboards. DryZone encapsulated this crawl space and removed wet insulation to protect the wood from warping.

Unleveled ground collects and holds water, causing high humidity. With a proper drainage system, no matter where water collects, it can be quickly removed. 

This Crawlspace is protected by the instillation of CleanSpace, It's vents being sealed, and the instillation of a SaniDry. These are all important parts of the plan to keep humidity levels low which will prevent the spread of Mold

The homeowner reached out to us stating that there home has smells that are overwhelming and keep their daughter from staying there when visiting due to allergies. They asked us to do what was necessary to remedy the situation so it is problem free for the remaining time they plan to live in the home.

We found that there were a lot of issues within the crawlspace and in order to correct them, we needed to redo the entire area. This included adding a sump pump, ice guard to prevent a frozen discharge line, remove debris and installing cleanspace with drainage matting.
