Our service tech, Holy, was very nice. He took care of our annual maintenance check and explained that everything is still in great working order. I like that you have this program so I don't have to change the filters or worry about the dehumidifier at all.

I was so thrilled with the work that DryZone completed for me. Ususally you find contractors who leave trash and you had to clean up after the crew. Mario and his team were so respectful and such great workers. I have worked in contracting, plumbing, and electrical for years. I have been around lots of contractors and never have I met a crew of people so good at their job. I was so thrilled at the results of my crawl space and so impressed by the DryZone Crew! It felt like they cared about my home like it was their home. It was so refreshing!

Our salesman, Johnny, was competent, comprehensive, and honest. He listened to us and discussed alternatives. DryZone's system was the best choice for quality and price. Samantha and Rob in the office were courteous. Our installers Jeff, Martin, and Jeslier were polite and professional. We are glad to hear that you also have yearly service packages.
