First, PolyLevel, a product that lifts, levels, and stabilizes the affected area, was used. The expanding foam material reacts on contact and cures in less than 30 minutes. Then, to seal and protect all cracks from future damage, NexusPro, a silicone-based concrete sealant, was used. The homeowner was extremely pleased now that the hazard had been eliminated.
