LRE conducted a full inspection of his home and noted that the majority of the damage was caused by shifting and washed-out soils as well as the age of the property. Our team first used PolyLevel, an expanding polyurethane foam material, to inject underneath the concrete driveway, which lifted and re-leveled it while permanently stabilizing the area. Next, LRE used NexusPro to fix and protect the driveway by sealing cracks and joints. NexusPro is a silicone-based crack sealer and perfect final step in this project. Once the job was complete, the homeowner was thrilled with the outcome and happy that his driveway looked like new again.

John M. from Winter Haven, Florida noticed that the concrete slab beneath his jacuzzi was shifting. He only realized the severity of the problem after the jacuzzi was removed, and he saw that the slab was cracked all the way across. He contacted LRE Foundation Repair to fix the pool deck area and to ensure that there were no other issues he needed to worry about. To address the issue, LRE first injected PolyLevel under the concrete slab and surrounding areas. This polyurethane product flows easily through loose soils and expands to lift the concrete and solidify the soil beneath it. Afterward, NexusPro was applied, which is a silicone-based sealer that seals cracks and joints. LRE completed the project by installing a new drainage system to divert water away from the foundation and out into the yard. Upon completion of the project, the homeowner was amazed at how the concrete slab was re-leveled and the foundation was now protected.
