LRE did a great job fixing my foundation. In the crawlspace, almost filled up with sand and roots, the central girder supporting the floor joists had dropped and was close to failure due to ground contact, rot, and termite damage. LRE replaced the girder and supported everything with smart jacks. The quality of the work looks great, and our floor is very close to level for the first time since we bought the house. We're no longer fearful of the house continuing to sink, and I believe we are safe and stabilized for years now. LRE is one of only two foundation repair specialists I called that will do excavation to gain sufficient clearance to do the work. The amount of excavation necessary was considerable because poor drainage around my house had caused the ground level under the house to rise by more than a foot over the years. The crew were very friendly, and in my estimation, highly experienced and qualified to do this very difficult job. Great job to Antonio and this team. From start to finish we were so pleased with this job. Antonio texted before arriving and was right on time. The team worked continuously in the Florida heat. They were exceptionally neat, left the work area as clean as possible, and Antonio and I did a walk-through prior to them completing the job. The plan was to lift a section of our driveway that had sunk by about an inch. LRE's Scott and Rowan called and came by, and carried out their plan flawlessly. They took their time and prepped everything, even cleaned up when they finished. We are very satisfied with the process and we are looking forward to things staying level for a long time. Not knowing what to expect I was blown away by all of your staff, from the Salesman, to the Project Coordinator, to the Foreman, & Team LRE All handled our home ground stabilization project with the utmost professionalism and care. I chose LRE because of not only the references but because I was provided with a lot of information that proved helpful during this endeavor.

What a great company LRE was to work with. When we first noticed issues around the house last year, we had called LRE for a free consultation. Your project representative, Rob Probus, came out and confirmed what we had been thinking, which was that we had symptoms of sinkhole activity. He was very professional, but gave us confidence that any confirmed sinkhole activity could be repaired by LRE When it was time to pick the company to carry out the sinkhole repair on our home, LRE's name came in from the insurance company. Another LRE project representative, David Morrill, was the next to visit us. He sat down and went over everything and explained the whole process and was able to answer any question we had. After getting several bids, LRE was our choice. Dave came out again to sign the contract and made sure no questions were left unanswered. The crews that came out first and did the drilling set the standard pretty high (Sorry, guys - I don't have all of your names). They were very friendly and explained what they were doing. I was very impressed at how much time they spent keeping the work area clean. They made sure the area around the house looked good every night before they left. I had seen other companies repair sinkholes, but LRE was impressive (just as Dave said they would be). The next crew that did the concrete pumping was just as impressive (Mike S., Dave S., Tony F., Eddie F. and Tom). The attention to detail that everyone has is awesome. Both crews were courteous and very pleasant to work with. Several of my neighbors asked when I was going to have the sinkhole repair completed, because all they saw were the pipes and there was no mess at night. When I said that the crews just cleaned up that well, they couldn't believe it. Mike and his crew must have apologized two dozen times when the cable line got cut - it was in the back of the house and not anywhere near where the flags were marked, so it wasn't even their fault. But they still went out of their way to make sure the cable line was fixed. Again, everything was kept clean. When the work was completed, the whole place was cleaned and I could barely see the real amount of work that had just occurred around the house. Being a firefighter, I was home a lot of the days both crews were here and they were great to work with. I watched what they were doing and asked questions. They always took the time to say hello and talk with me. Even the neighbors said the guys were very nice and talked to them. I have spoken with [LRE vice president] Rachel Vitale several times about the billing process, and she is very knowledgeable. She was able to get me in touch with someone at the mortgage company (I kept getting voicemails, and people that didn't know what a sinkhole was, let alone anything regarding the paperwork). Having a sinkhole is a very intimidating thing, but everyone at LRE Foundation Repair was great to work with. I have no doubt that we picked the very best.

My experience with LRE, specifically Brian P. was fantastic! Having previous foundation issues at my home repaired by a now out-of-business company, I was going to do more work when a contractor suggested we get the house looked at again after finding indications it may be sinking.  Our stress levels peaked worrying about the now nullified warranty, so I contacted LRE. Brian arrived on time and walked through the house with me. He listened to all of my concerns about the work that had been done previously. With his assessment, he tole me the home was in great shape and the indications pointed out by my contractor were more than likely from before the previous work on the home occurred. Brian put me at ease and showed the honesty of this company. They wouldn’t attempt to just sell a job to someone who did not need it. I can’t express how at ease I felt and how educated I was on the work completed on my home. Although I did not have work completed by LRE, if anyone ever asked for my recommendation, this would be THE company. I feel they are honest, knowledgeable, and a long-term business.

Chad was very thorough and explained what he and Kelvin would be doing and what to do afterwards. The cleanup was great. Everything was cleaned up and no more separation in my concrete. Zach was such a personable representative of your company. Everyone kept me informed about what was going to happen.

I have to say, since I moved to Florida 8 years ago I have had a lot of work done by different contractors and NONE were as professional and courteous and helpful as Rick and his crew. When I had a question they made sure they answered it to where I understood it. I had estimates from 2 other companies and it didn't appear to me they were really very knowledgeable about what I wanted done. Tyler on the other hand understood what I needed done and his proposal was right on point.

The crew that came out to do my Poly job was by far the most "top shelf" operation I have ever met! Chad Burns was the foreman on this project. They were so polite and did such a great job. I'm not usually this complimentary but they deserved for their management team to know how great they were! 

The professionalism that was evident throughout the "interview" process, from the company website to the representatives that we spoke with, to the evident attention to detail in the materials sent prior to the in-person meeting, were all factors. When we met for the project assessment and estimate, it was apparent that Justin was knowledgeable and confident in what could be done to resolve our problem. He didn't try to oversell; he made sure we understood the situation, how it could be fixed, and what the total cost would be for the proposed solution. And the quoted total cost was within an acceptable price range.

I'd like to thank LRE Foundation Repair and to specially thank their foreman Trace and his crew who tirelessly work their best to make sure they finished on time. They were very professional and updated me each day, sending me before, in progress, and after pictures. I know it is not an easy crawlspace repair, and I cannot imagine how hot working underneath the house is. But, after looking at the work they have done for a 1955 house foundation, I know that the house foundation is more solid now, and probably better than it was when it was originally built. Not only did they put smart jacks on each column, they poured concrete cement on each base as well and reinforced the existing wood with new ones. Overall I’m so happy on the job well done! I sold the house knowing that the new owner has a good solid foundation that will last.    I also like to thank Matt that first came to give me a quote. He’s the only one that explained what LRE would do and what materials to use, and that they do not subcontract their crew and guaranteed their work. I also would like to give a BIG thank you to Kristina, Katelyn, Cindy and Brittany and everyone I have a pleasure of talking to who works at the office. From getting the permit and helping me to get the documents needed to close. I really appreciate you all for your awesome customer service, and 5 star is not enough! You went far and beyond. I wish I could give Trace, Vincent, and Charles a higher rating than 5 stars. They went above and way beyond our expectations. I really appreciate that Trace let me know they could also help with the flooring issue we had going on because I had been worried about finding a good company for that as well. I am so thrilled with the work that was done, and I will be requesting them when I have the other rooms of my house completed. They are professional, polite and extremely hard working. I now have peace of mind and feel safer in our 100+ year old home!
