we tackled a challenging water leakage issue for a homeowner from Jacksonville, FL. Our team installed a high-quality WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, coupled with a TripleSafe Sump Pump and an UltraSump System, ensuring a dry and secure basement environment.

To direct water away from this customers home, we installed an exterior french drain system. A trench was made for installation and covered with stone for optimal drainage. 

We addressed extensive moisture damage in the crawl space, which had caused joist damage, by removing the customer's flooring, replacing and sistered the joists, and installing new subfloors throughout the home.

Before: The bathroom subfloor was water damaged and rotted, posing a risk to the structural integrity and safety of the bathroom.

After: Our team removed the damaged and rotted subfloor, replacing it with treated lumber to ensure durability and prevent future water damage.

Our crew installed a crawl space SmartSump pump in a customer's damp crawl space by first assessing the area and determining the best location for the pump. They then dug a sump pit, installed the SmartSump system, and connected it to a discharge line. The SmartSump pump is designed to remove water that accumulates in the crawl space, preventing moisture buildup and potential water damage. It includes a sump pump, a primary pump, and a battery backup pump to ensure continuous operation even during power outages.
