Inadequate support under the customers home caused the floors to sag. To provided permanent stability and level the floors, we installed our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System. 

We installed our foundation pier system by first excavating small areas around the foundation to access the footing. Then, heavy-duty steel piers were driven deep into the ground until they reached stable soil. Once in place, the piers were secured to the foundation, effectively transferring the weight of the structure to the stable soil below, stabilizing the settling foundation and preventing further movement.
