Job review from Laura in Macon, GA 31210 on 05/14/25

These gentlemen were very nice and I'm not speaking out against them personally but their work was not that great. Looks a little sloppy honestly.

This is the second time that LowCountry has done repairs at my house that have left me cleaning up and costing me more money. I had jacks installed last year (I think the same crew) and at some point during the installing they must have accidentally hit a duct because my power bill skyrocketed to about $400 for 4 months and when I finally made the decision to call We Care (HVAC) they found that the duct over by the jacks had completely fallen off. HVAC company took photos and said I should report it because it appeared to have been hit accidnetally. I didnt report it because I couldnt prove it but that costs me $1000. Now I had a sump pump installed and one of my crawlspace vents is mangled beyond repair. Im not even sure why the vent was removed? But it broke in the removal and grout from my brick is everywhere, I'm not even sure how to replace it without calling someone to install a new one. I believe that maybe the guy was trying to plug up his drill to the sump pump outlet and thats why he removed it, when he could have just ran a drop cord from my front porch. Regardless, my house is on the market and I'm going to have to fix it. Also this job that costs me over $5k is going to cost even more now and I'm kinda regretting not going with my initial guy for repair.
