This customer was dealing with a moist and humid crawl space, which was leading to mold growing on the wood in the space. Once mold begins to grow in the crawl space, this is allowing impure air to filter throughout your home. This can lead to many different health issues for the family, and once mold begins to grow, this can lead to further issues with wood rot. This customer knew they needed to get this issue fixed in their crawl space. To rid the mold before the encapsulation, we used soda blasting, which remediates the mold and gets it out of the space, leaving the crawl space clean and to filter throughout the home.

This crawl space was facing water intrusion and it was leading to mold growing in the space. Not only does this cause health issues with moldy air circulating throughout the home, but this can also lead to structural integrity issues throughout the home if not taken care of in enough time. To fix the crawl space, Titus and his crew encapsulated the space with CleanSpace, the CleanSpace Vent Seals. They also installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the air clean and dry for the health of those living in the home. This customer was pleased, and the photos go to show how much of a difference was made in the home.

We sealed the crawl space to prevent air leaks, insulated the walls with SilverGlo Insulation, covered the crawl space floors and walls with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and conditioned the air using a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to resolve this moisture issue. 

To maintain a healthy home environment, controlling moisture levels in the crawl space is essential. CleanSpace vapor barrier blocks moisture from evaporating into the crawl space, reducing heat loss and keeping it dry.
