We solved this customers basement water intrusion problem by installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

This homeowner reached out to us because was looking to encapsulate her basement and crawl space to ensure her home is fully protected from water intrusion. In order to do our crew installed multiple products to create a customized system for her home. This system included using the CleanSpace Wall System, installing a WaterGuard drainage system along with a TrenchDrain, and a TripleSafe pump system. To enhance the system, they also installed IceGuard and LawnScape. Additionally, the vents to the crawl space had to be sealed from the inside so that no moisture could get in. All of these components work together to keep moisture from damaging the property. Now this homeowner can enjoy a clean, dry basement and crawl space!
