This crumbling foundation needed support and better protection against water vapor. To do this, we installed our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner with antimicrobial protection and a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. Then, we installed our powerful EverBrace Wall Restoration System, which shifts the weight of the home from the crumbling wall and onto a stable one. 

This homeowner was worried about the cracked walls against the sinking corner of their home. To fix it, we brought in SupportWorks© helical piers. These piers are 'screwed' into the soil next to the foundation, and sections are added to reach the necessary depth and capacity needed to transfer the weight of the home onto more competent soils. 

You can hardly tell this is the same crawlspace with the SmartJacks installed! The owner noticed major interior and exterior cracking around his property, a clear indication of foundation settlement. It had gotten so severe that a bedroom wall was not even touching the ceiling. We utilized our galvanized push pier technology to counteract the settlement using the Earths hard bedrock. Our team was able to achieve an outstanding 6" of lift!
