We originally came out to this home to check for settlement. We determined that it needed to be stabilized and by doing so we installed our piers to stop the home from moving. 

Hit a bump in the road with your remodel? As you can see here, the original floors joists are in poor condition and will provide no support once the home is completed. We installed our SmartJack system to provide more support where needed. We also installed our insulation along the footing. 

Before this lodge built a new cabin on their property, they wanted to make sure it's built right and won't suffer from rapid settlement. So, we installed helical piers for the foundation to be built on top of. These helical piers shift the weight of the home from surrounding active soils to deeper, bedrock soils.
