Window wells that sink below grade can fill up with water allow it to find a path into your home. This homeowner was interested in a system that redirects the water out of his daylight basement. We installed an interior perimeter Waterguard drainage system and a sump pump. The entire cleanspace wall system and waterguard piping will be hidden once the floors and walls are refinished.
