A customer had cracks in the foundation which allowed water to enter the crawl space. A sump pump and smart pipe was installed to drain out any water currently in the crawl space and in the future. 

Here the team is in the middle of installing SmartPipe, to drain any water entering into the crawlspace and redirecting it back outside of the home. 

Sump pumps help mitigate the water out of the area desired. 

After buying the home, they realized the crawl space smelled very musty and damp. To fix it, they asked us to install a heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace© vapor barrier, which includes antimicrobial protection and a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. Additionally, we installed our SilverGlo© crawl space wall insulation for superior energy savings and to keep the home's floors warm all winter long! 

This crawl space liner was loose, flimsy, and wasn't sealed to the crawl space, allowing moisture to penetrate the crawl space and create a damp, musty smell. To fix it, we installed our 20 mil thick CleanSpace© liner, over twice as thick as industry standard liners. Its a powerful liner manufactured in seven layers, and includes a 25-year warranty against rips and tears! Lastly, we installed our SilverGlo© crawl space wall insulation, a 2" foamboard panel infused with graphite, which offers significant energy savings long-term.
