This homeowner had a vapor barrier that was not even attached, failing to cover the foundation and foundation walls. This attachment left several pockets of air under the barrier, allowing moisture from the ground to collect. This amount of moisture makes this storage space unusable and can start to cause damage to the household over time. The solution to the problem was to install CleanSpace throughout. We tacked it down so it was secure and covering the foundation walls this time. Now this homeowner will no longer have to worry about moisture collecting in an unwanted area.

This home, built in 1937, developed uneven floor framing due to the use of poor construction materials. There simply wasn't enough support to ensure that the floors would remain properly supported for many more years to come. To solve this problem, we installed our SmartJack© system.
