A homeowner gave us a call because his basement window was not up to code. It was not wide enough for safe exit and was exactly level with the concrete outside. Our system design expert recommended a basement window and window well that would meet egress standards. Our installation crew had no problem cutting the concrete to make room for the big window well. The happy homeowner now had a good looking basement window that was up to code.

A recent customer of our in Saint Anthony called us with concerns with water entering into the basement. They noticed it would flood when the rain or snow got to heavy. They knew that is was not a good sign and they should get someone out as soon as possible. They gave us a call and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Tim. Once Tim got out there he went into the basement and knew the best product to help these homeowners is our WaterGuard and our SuperSump. 

The crawlspace needed smart jacks to lift and stabilize the home and a smart sump with time machine installed to stop and keep the water intake managed!

The customer had cracks in the walls in the basement. We sent our installers out to install CarbonArmor over the cracks to prevent future leaks, smells, humidity, mold, and pests. 

A Grangeville Idaho homeowner had a pump system system in his crawlspace that consisted of two 5 gallon buckets dug down into the ground. He was tired of his outdated pump system and called us wanting to upgrade to a real sump pump. Our system design expert drew up a smart pipe drainage system to gather the intruding water and send it to that pump.
