A wet crawl space was a problem for this homeowner. Moisture in a crawl space is never a good thing. It can lead to big problems down the road such as mold or even rot. We completely transformed this crawl space by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation System! This crawl space is now dry and usable! 

This crawl space was having serious flooding problems. The sump pump that was in there kept failing, resulting in a ton of water filling the space. We solved this issue with a SmartSump Sump Pump. The SmartSump has Zoeller 1/3hp pump, SuperLiner, automatic float switch, and airtight lid. It was designed to prevent flooding in the crawl space and has certainly done so here. A customer had some concerns with water getting in her crawlspace, it was supposed to be encapsulated, but unfortunately it was not. So we resolved her concerns so she wouldnt have to worry anymore! Before is was wet and dirty! After, it was a clean usable space!
