This dirty crawl space had a flimsy, thin, loose liner, causing moisture and condensation to build in the crawl space. To prevent mold, wood rot, insects, and dust mites, we installed our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace© liner to completely encapsulation the crawl space. It's manufactured in seven layers for optimal brute tear resistance, puncture resistance, and flexibility, with an "Ultrafresh" antimicrobial additive molded right into the material. There were six Push Piers installed on the southwest portion of the foundation where the foundation had settled. We were able to lift the foundation 2 inches which leveled out the flooring of the master bed and guest bedroom. With the installation of the Push Piers, it provides the house with more stability and prohibits any future foundation settlement.  

A client contacted us because they had a split level house with an addition on the upper level of the home. They had noticed that addition was begging to settle and needed to be raised. After meeting with our design technician and providing feedback on a comprehensive solution to address their foundational challenges, our team got work. They began by removing the existing concrete from the foundation. Following this, they installed SmartJacks and that was anchored with a set of pre-cast concrete footing. The client's addition is now safe and secure for years to come!

As you can see in the photos below, the flooring is very uneven and has detached itself from the wall due to the foundation settling. There is a noticeable space between the wall and deck that will continue to worsen as time goes on. We came out and installed our smartjacks and power brace system to help lift the foundation back to where it needs to be. Fixes such as this do not always get repaired right away, they may take a little time, but being patient and with our dedicated team members it will get resolved!
