There was some initial confusion regarding the contract relative to the sump pump chosen and the location of the pump. The company made it right regarding putting in the top end pump system at no additional cost. The rationale for changing the location of the pump was professionally explained to help us accept the change. Juan Hernandez and his crew (Daniel and Brad) did an excellent job. It was clear that they took great pride in all phases of the project (setup, demolition, installation and cleanup. They represented Woods Basement Systems in a very professional manner.

Miguel was our Foreman for this project. He was excellent and mindful of the needs of the customer and work well with his crew (Brad/Jacob/Martez) They all did a great job in cleaning up and working efficently.
