Ryan, Larry and Chris were the initial crew that did the new sump pit, sump pumps, discharge line and Waterguard. They were great and worked trying to get everything finished before the storms came. They didn't quite make it and today Mike and Tyler came to finish hooking up the downspout to the discharge line. Everyone was great. All polite and hardworking.
My basement is cleaner than when they started. Minimum amount of dust.

I had 5 other estimates before I picked Woods. Everyone gave me a different answer and solution. Brenton, the salesperson, was the only one that went into the crawlspace to see if that was the problem. It wasn't but at least he covered everything. I wanted a solution to freezing discharge lines and hopefully this is solved. Having a battery backup system is great too.
