Our Overall Service
Very good. We had some mis-steps in the beginning (missed appointments and phone calls, no heads-up to me about the need for a dedicated electrical outlet, an indication that i would have to uninstall my boiler to get the work done), but in the end I think you delivered a really good solution for a fair price. Of course, it needs to work, and I won't know that until the next strong rainfall. But I am confident we have solved the problem.
