I am disappointed that the replacement pump, which is a year old and incorrectly installed will only have a 2 year warranty instead of a 3 year. Since it is a new pump I had hoped it would also have a full 3 year warranty.

I would rate Josh who installed the new pump because of a burnt sump pump a 5, however, the reason he had to install that pump is because the burnt pump was a bad install. (See his service report) That install would rate a 2, hence the 3 rating
