What made you choose our company:

Many years ago your company provided a much needed and valued basement process to my home. My sump pump has never failed me. I'm now a senior citizen and becoming concerned what might happen if my electricity was off for a period of time and my sump pump would not operate. So, I requested the battery back up system and though it will take me sometime to pay off the charge access check with my Visa, I already have peace of mind. I requested the supervisor to call me yesterday so I could praise the young man who provided me with honesty and quality service. I'm still waiting on that call. Also, I was surprised when the white van appeared in my driveway with no company lettering. I truly believe with all that goes on in our world today it would be a more secure form of introduction to your customers before one of your team members even gets out of the vehicle. I wasn't comfortable when the van first pulled into my driveway. thank you, Pauline Green
