They explained what they were going to do, did the work well, and finished before we expected them to.
Nolan Martz was very thorough. We are all the way up in Mattoon and it was a late-day appointment, but he took plenty of time to explain things and never seemed like he was in any hurry at all.

All they left was a little dust from the jackhammering, but they did cover everything they could cover, and swept up what they could before they left. The driveway looked better when they left than it was before they arrived.
What made you choose our company:
We asked for estimates and a sales visit from your company and one other. The other took very little time when here measuring and took a long time to respond to our questions. Nolan set an appointment, made the appointment, was knowledgable and thorough, and answered a handful of questions I emailed him later, all in a timely manner.
I have concern about how walls will look now and 5 years from now.
