a few things that I would have liked to have happened are. Being told what to expect when it came to after effects of having a drain tile and sump pump installed. Such as the new concrete will get several cracks in it due to the concrete drying and shrinking and it is nothing to worry about. And moisture at the junction of the old concrete and the new concrete is normal due to condensation and is nothing to worry about. Had this been explained then a service call for each occasion could have been avoided.
