Everyone was polite, friendly and professional- the way that people should be when doing business.
I was very pleased with Aaron's personality and professionalism!I don't believe I could have asked for a better representative!
They didn't seem too disappointed that a window got broken in during the work, but they did offer to pay for some replacement glass. I am not upset that the window was broken- I understand that these things can happen.
