I considered canceling my contract when I learned the sales person had given me directly opposite requirement of me regarding the electrical work to be done before your work could be done, Your office person, Heather was able to straighten things out and reassure me my contract included this work. Even with this reassurance, I still received written notice from your company that it was my responsibility to have electrical work done. Evidently not all persons involved are on the same page regarding electrical issues.

This caused me considerable time in hiring and canceling an electrician . My frustration was eased by Heather in the office who took care of all scheduling, gave me her direct line # and coordinated everything beautifully.
