Overall, I'm grateful that you did the right thing and honored the previous transferable warranty.
It was unfortunate that Scott left us w/ a $16,000 estimate during the first visit. It took 2 or 3 other companies to come out to tell us (in summary) that they didn't see the extent of the problem that Scott did. Luckily, Kendall did the right thing but the initial experience left a bad taste in our mouth.
Scott was a nice guy but we definitely weren't satisfied with the outcome of his visit.
Presentation was very thorough.
Install guys were hard workers. Very respectable and polite.
They really cleaned it up! It looked as if they had never been there.
