I feel your customer service is excellent. Each time I was called or contacted by the company staff, they were courteous and informative. They always contacted us at each number provided to assure we received full and complete information.
My complaint is the delay in the timing of the work which impacted both my and my husband's work schedules. It resulted in our having no porch for a week, when it should have been completed within 3 days. However, your company was very good in keeping me informed of the last minute delays. I do understand about traveling and not always being able to make flights/get connections.
Brian was timely, efficient, professional and knows his product.
I thought Jose and his staff were the best -- professional and did great work.
Ended up with a mound of dirt that we will need to move-- I assume that was to be expected, but since we have never had this type of work done, we were not and
we had not been made aware that would occur.
Great work! Excellent service!
