The entire installation crew was polite, on time, and hard working. They were knowledgeable about the product and explained the system before they left. They very clean and there was really very little dust for me to clean up afterwards. I was very impressed. I recommended Woods Basement to a family member having the same type of leaky basement situation.

Your reputation. The informative representative that came out and explained how your system worked and the knowledge that he had of your product. He took the time to talk with me and answer all of my questions. He even followed up prior to my installation to see if I had any other questions or concerns that needed to be addressed before the installation.
