Miguel Ortiz' crew was busy the whole time they were here and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was done. Miguel answered all my questions and was very cordial. Miguel went over and beyond his duty when he noticed a gas smell near my hot water heater in the area he was working. He then shut off the gas and informed me of this. Finding someone to be this consciences of his surroundings and taking that next step to inform the homeowner of this should be commended, I thought you should know of this. Thank You Miguel Ortiz, YOU may have saved lives with your alertness, it is very much appreciated and your employers have an excellent employee.
