This flooded basement was in desperate need of a basement waterproofing system. We installed a new SuperSump Sump Pump complete with the UltraSump 4 backup battery. We also put in a StarPipe Drainage System at the perimeter. This clog-resistant subfloor drainage system captures water and drains it to the sump pump.

This basement is now protected from future water intrusion! The homeowner couldn't be happier with his dry basement!

Creaking floors and sagging beams had this Brookfield homeowner calling Chicago Basement Systems. She needed a company she could rely on to fix her problem right, the first time. SmartJacks are fully adjustable steel piers that support weak beams and bring sinking floors back up to where they are supposed to be.
