This old window well was in desperate need of replacement. They were beginning to shift and a lot of moisture and debris were getting in through the opening at the top. We removed the old, wooden liner, and replaced it with a sturdy metal liner. We added a window well cover for extra protection from water and to help keep litter out! These window wells are looking so much better! The homeowner is so glad he called Chicago Basement Systems!

There was a crack in this foundation wall right below the window. The homeowner was looking to have it repaired so they called us. We were able to repair this crack using an epoxy/resin wall repair system! This basement wall crack is no longer an issue for the homeowner! They are really happy we knew how to fix it!

Bowing walls and moisture in the basement were huge problems for the homeowner. We stabilized the foundation walls by installing CarbonArmor Straps. This basement is now stabilized, dry, and protected against future water intrusion!
