We cleaned this Romeo, Michigan crawlspace of its sagging insulation and debris.  We then installed  CleanSpace Encapsulation to provide a vapor barrier to prevent moisture and humidity from damaging the space.  

Most homeowners are tired of their unsightly downspouts. Every time they need to mow, they have to be taken off and put back. Some times in storms, they can blow away (when you need them most)!  So, what can a person do?  They can upgrade to underground downspouts!

Our underground downspouts systems are designed to take the gutter water away from the foundation without having the look of the downspout extensions.  The water from the roof is then designed to saturate into the soil via our drywell boxes.  Depending on the soil and amount of rainfall, the grated lids of the drywell box allow for overflow.  And, they're perfect for maintenance when you get leaves and debris in them.

Home owner in LaPorte, was complaining of water dampness wicking through walls of the Michigan Basement. Nova Basements installed a Cleanspace vapor barrier on the basement walls. The homeowner is extremely happy with the wall coverings and the professionalism of Nova Basement.

This customer was experiencing water seepage throughout their entire basement.  They also wanted the overall look of the basement improved.  

Our System Design Specialist, Hollis DeWitt, responded to their inquiry. Hollis decided the best solution was to install a perimeter of WaterGuard®, a TrenchDrain®, A TripleSafe™Sump Pump, five UnderGround Downspouts, and a perimeter of EmeShield®.  

Our foreman, Dan Hersom with his crewmen Dylan, Bryan, and Dakota took just four days to transform the wet basement into a dry and healthy living space.  

We installed a Flangeless WaterGuard system along the perimeter of this basement because the concrete floor overlapped the footing about 1-2".  This kind of system is designed to alleviate water under the floor, and can catch any water coming down the wall with the Cactus Board flashing.
