This basement was being finished, and the homeowners wanted to protect their investment.  We installed a new SuperSump System with a battery backup, DryTrak, and Underground Downspouts.  

This finished basement had to be gutted from so much water damage.  We installed a perimeter system to capture all the water that came in through the walls.  

Hydro-static pressure would push water up thru this floor.  Our estimator found that a Lateral Drain would take this pressure away.  

These homeowners had just purchased this home and within three months they had major water issues.  They had to tear out their finished basement and were desperate to fix the issues so it wouldn't occur again.  

Ken, Jawuan, and Conrad did quite the transformation on this once dark and wet basement.  They set WaterGuard in the floor to capture seepage and Emeshield along the walls to flash water into our drainage system.
