This poured foundation had a crack allowing water to seep in.  We fixed the issue with an Epoxy Crack Injection.  

This customer had a competitor's dry track system installed many years ago, and it was in desperate need of upgrading.  We ended up installing a Waterguard system that did a much better job at controlling water.  

This customer in Michigan kept getting water in their unfinished basement.  The customer wanted a solution to prevent the water from ruining the items stored there.  

Our System Design Specialist, Chris Young, determined that this home was experiencing hydrostatic pressure.  Chris customized a design to include a Lateral Drain to relieve the water pressure from the ground.  He also included a SuperSump®, an Underground Downspout, and an IceGuard to prevent the discharge line from freezing.  

Our foreman, Cameron, quickly took care of this homeowners property with a little help from Nathan.  This customer was very pleased with our installation process.   

This Three Oaks, Michigan resident had her home listed for sale and found that the old Michigan ledge foundation and years of water seepage were scaring people away. Niles Goodman needed to come up with a solution that would stop seepage and make her basement functional again.  He combined EmeShield with a WaterGuard perimeter, and Drainage Matting under a newly poured floor.   

This Three Oaks, Michigan window would fill with water and eventually seep into the basement.  We installed a Well Duct, that directs water into a WaterGuard solution.  Solving all of the customers water issues.
