These homeowner's were trying to sell their home, and an inspection found a bowing cinder block foundation.  In order to sell the home they had to address this issue, and a Wall Anchor solution is what fixed their problem.  

Laterals are designed to guide additional water pressure through the floor, and away from the perimeter.  We tied the lateral to a WaterGuard perimeter drain.  We broke out the concrete floor and installed the system with flashing around the perimeter.

This old farmhouse foundation had seepage from every wall.  We installed a perimeter system of WaterGuard to capture this seepage.  

Water was finding its way into this Bremen basement through a pipe that went through the poured foundation.  We ground down around that pipe and applied an Epoxy Pipe Patch.  

We were called to take a look at this Bremen, Indiana basement.  The customer would get seepage along a pipe that exited the house.  We did an Epoxy Pipe Patch around that pipe to seal, and to prevent water from seeping back in the home,
