Our customer couldn't see a crack, but could see water seeping out on their floor.  We found a large crack in their foundation, and we sealed it with an epoxy crack injection.  

This Elkhart homeowner was getting so much moisture in their crawl, that it was rotting all of their beams.  

This crawlspace had a main beam that began to fail over time.  Moisture and humidity weakened the beam and it began to sag from the weight of the home.  We replaced the beam, and by adding the CleanSpace vapor barrier, solved any future issues of moisture.  

This Shipshewana resident found his center beam was cracked and rotting.  He had called around for a couple estimates, and then finally chose our solution.  We changed that rotting beam to a brand new treated beam, supported with new jacks and posts. We also encapsulated the crawlspace with a CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed an AprilAire dehumidifier.   

This La Porte County, Indiana resident would take on water with heavy rains.  It was just a small trickle but it was enough to cause problems, and he wanted a perimeter system to prevent it from happening again.
