"Salesman wasn't pushy. Good presentation. We had home inspection prior to choosing Nova before dropping 20k in basement work. To make sure it was the right choice. The Inspector told us what kind of system needed. We had Permaseal and Nova and a local contractor give us quote. Nova was the best choice no pressure tactic and loved the warranty.
