Travis Vaughn came out for the yearly inspection of my crawl space that has a vinyl cover over the dirt as well as inspected the sump pump and emergency alarm that's attached and also changed out the battery backup. Travis did a great job explaining what he saw, took care of a few minor concerns (at no charge) and showed me pictures he had taken. Extremely professional and thorough.
