What made you choose our company:

We chose Healthy Spaces for a number of reasons; the breadth of service they offer, the highly informative website, and the professionalism of the staff. We had a water problem in the crawl space -- very common for this neighborhood -- and opted to have drainage tunnels dug, a sump pump installed, and smart jacks placed under the main support beam. Following completion of the work, we opted for the annual maintenance plan which has proven its worth over and over. We see them twice a year to tighten the smart jacks (the complete process of firming up the main support beam takes several years) during which they also replace the battery in the sump pump. At today's visit, Kyle spotted a leaking drainage pipe, which appears to be leading to some mold growth in the crawl, and showed us pictures of the problem. He also sprayed and scrubbed the mold in question. Our contacts with the home office and the field staff have always been pleasant, informative, and highly professional. We strongly recommend Healthy Spaces.
